How enquiry data is handled.
This notice describes the current website, its enquiry forms, and the services used to deliver those enquiries.
Effective 28 September 2026
Information collected
When you submit an enquiry, the form may collect your name, email address, phone number, enquiry topic or course interest, subject, message, the form name, and the source page. Required fields differ by form.
Our hosting and delivery providers may also process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and referrer as part of operating, securing, and troubleshooting their services.
How the information is used
The submitted information is used to receive, route, review, and respond to your enquiry, and to protect or troubleshoot the form service. A website enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.
How forms are delivered
The forms post over HTTPS to an Amazon Web Services endpoint in the ap-south-1 region. The current handler uses AWS Lambda and Amazon Simple Email Service to send the submitted fields to the configured Precision Airborne mailbox. The handler does not write submissions to an application database.
Email systems, cloud infrastructure, and security logs retain message or technical data according to their configured retention settings and provider policies.
External services
The Home and Training pages load GSAP animation code from jsDelivr. The Contact page loads Leaflet code from unpkg and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Those providers may receive standard request information when a browser downloads their resources. The site source does not include an analytics or advertising tracker and its own JavaScript does not create cookies.
Your choices and requests
You may contact the team by phone or email instead of using a form. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of enquiry information, email info@precisionairborne.com with enough detail to identify the enquiry. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.
Security
Form submissions use HTTPS in transit. The form service restricts browser origins, validates accepted fields, limits payload size, and rejects automated honeypot entries. The enquiry forms are designed for ordinary business contact details and training or project context.
Changes and contact
This notice may be updated when the website, providers, or internal practices change. Material changes should be reflected by a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to info@precisionairborne.com or raised through the details on the contact page.
